Privacy policy

Short version: no accounts for job seekers, no tracking cookies, no ads, and we never sell data.

Job seekers

You can use the whole board without an account. We don't set cookies and don't use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

To tell companies how many people we send them, we count job views and clicks on Apply. Each count is keyed by a one-way hash of your IP address and browser, salted with a value that changes every day. We never store your IP address, and the same visitor can't be recognised from one day to the next. We also store the website you came from (just the domain).

When you click Apply, you go to the company's own site. What you share there is governed by its privacy policy, not ours.

Job alerts

If you set up an alert, we store your email address, the filters you chose and how often to email you. Nothing is sent until you confirm the address. Emails are delivered by Resend. Every email has an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing deletes the alert, and your address with your last alert.

Employers

Employer accounts sign in through WorkOS, which stores your name and email address and sets a session cookie on employer pages only. We keep a record of which company you manage and how it was verified. Payments for featured roles are handled by Stripe; we never see or store card details.

Job postings

Postings come from companies' public job boards. Before a posting is summarised and categorised by an AI model, email addresses and phone numbers are removed, and the model provider is required not to retain or train on it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete any data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Contact us and we'll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
